ArtsFest 2022 returns to New Rochelle and Pelham October 20-23rd. This year we honor Thomas Paine's time as a privateer by offering a Pirate theme Colonial Tavern Night (Oct. 21) and a Pirate Family Fun Day (Oct.22 rain date 23rd).
