Our association was thrilled to have taken part in this great celebratory event for Paine's Common Sense. The attendance was just wonderful. For those that missed it, view it online at the youtube video today and check our site for upcoming events.


Members of the Huguenot & New Rochelle Historical Association will take part in a celebration of the 250th anniversary of Thomas Paine's Common Sense. 
Following event, Thomas Paine Cottage will be opened for free self guided tours 3:30-4:30pm

The Thomas Paine Historical Association is hosting a community reading of selected portions of Thomas Paine’s transformative work, Common Sense. The one hour event will feature live readings by various members of the New Rochelle community including students, elected officials, civic leaders as well some videoed readings by international and national Thomas Paine enthusiasts.

FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - Thomas Paine Memorial Building, 983 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY.
A hybrid event. 
In person space is limited.
